Attract visitors and encourage tourism spending through the 2024-25 Tourism Digital Assistance Program (TDAP) and Tourism Digital Assistance Program – Communities (TDAP – Communities).
TDAP helps tourism businesses enhance their online marketing and services. Businesses will be connected with a qualified digital consultant to develop effective digital marketing or e-commerce tools up to $5,000 in service value.
TDAP – Communities helps effectively promote local communities. The program will cover up to $15,000 in services and online tools to municipalities, business chambers and community tourism organizations to help them better attract and serve visitors online with a qualified digital consultant.
Both programs are a partnership with Tourism Nova Scotia and Digital Nova Scotia. Eligible activities include:
• Ecommerce
• Online booking
• Website design & development (includes AI Powered Chatbot and Automations)
• Data analytics
• Search engine optimization (SEO)
• Digital marketing
• Social media
• Copywriting
• Audio & podcast services
• Branding & design
• Photography and/or videography ($2,500 max) to fill content gaps
The deadline for businesses to apply for TDAP was Wednesday, April 3, at 4:00 p.m. and the program intake is now CLOSED.
The deadline for communities to apply for TDAP – Communities is Wednesday, May 1, at 4:00 p.m.
