Inspiring Content Program Partners Capturing Nova Scotia’s Authentic Experiences

Tourism Nova Scotia’s Inspiring Content Program (ICP) provides tourism businesses and organizations with an opportunity to partner with us to develop and distribute high quality photo and video content that appeals to Nova Scotia’s target visitor segments – Cultural Explorers, Authentic Experiencers, and Free Spirits.

In 2018, Tourism Nova Scotia (TNS) is working with 12 tourism partners through the Inspiring Content program, for a combined total investment of $360,725. Both TNS and our partners contribute to the program, and work together to identify content that can be used in our marketing, as well as our partners’ marketing campaigns.

This year’s program partners are:

We’re working with our partners and local producers to capture some of the world-class experiences that help motivate people to visit Nova Scotia. We’ll use this content to create a series of videos that tell a story and give potential visitors an authentic view of our people, our culture and our beautiful province. Program participants will also receive a package including photo and video content and fully-produced videos.

This year, our partnerships will enable us to produce more finished video than ever before, and over 100 new photos.

An added feature of this year’s program is a social advertising campaign developed by TNS using the assets created through ICP, which will be executed in February and March 2019. Ads will be leveraged on TNS’s social channels, or on the participants’ own channels.
