Tourism continued to rebound in November with some regions exceeding pre-pandemic accommodation sales for the month.
According to statistics gathered by Tourism Nova Scotia, the province welcomed 80,000 non-resident visitors in November 2021, an increase of 46% (or 25,000 more visitors) compared with November 2020, and a decline of 37% (or 47,000 fewer visitors) compared with November 2019.

Accommodations operators report 161,000 room nights sold in November 2021, a 59% increase over November 2020 (up 60,000 room nights sold) and a decline of 9% from November 2019 (down 17,000 room nights sold).
