Workshop: Building Inclusive Leadership

The Tourism Industry Association of Nova Scotia (TIANS) and Nova Scotia Tourism Human Resource Council (NSTHRC) are offering a workshop with support from Tourism Nova Scotia.

Building Inclusive Leadership

As a follow up a previous half-day session, TIANS and NSTHRC, invite you to full-day workshop will build on Inclusion, Diversity, Equity and Accessibility in leadership. During this interactive session participants will discuss ways of understanding inclusion, diversity, equity and accessibility from a personal, leadership, systems and organizational lens.

Participants will be invited to examine strategies that will assist them in their efforts to advance an IDEA agenda within their respective organizations.
