Province Invests in Cape Split and Burntcoat Head Park

Government is investing in two popular tourist destinations on Nova Scotia's iconic Bay of Fundy - Cape Split and Burntcoat Head Park. "The Bay of Fundy is an internationally renowned natural wonder and one of our tourism icons," said Geoff MacLellan, Minister of Business and Minister responsible for Tourism Nova Scotia. "These investments will provide new opportunities for visitors to have amazing experiences connecting with the wonders of the Bay of Fundy through improved infrastructure at its coastal parks."

Tourism Nova Scotia Wins National Travel Award

Tourism Nova Scotia has taken home the 2019 Explore Canada Industry Award of Excellence for its Nova Scotia Lobster Crawl media campaign. Each year Destination Canada celebrates the storytelling of the travel media and tourism industry that inspires travellers to discover Canada. Its Explore Canada Awards of Excellence were presented Tuesday, Aug. 13, at the organization's annual GoMedia conference in Ottawa.
